Hitler’s “Arab monkey race” [in his view] has a Nazi Party in Egypt… again

Hitler’s “Arab monkey race” has a Nazi Party in Egypt… again

Oct. 2011

In the 1930s, as the Middle East got caught up in Nazism in a combination of ultra Arabism, ‘Arab racism’ and supremacy mixed with Islamic radicalism, Arab Nazi scouts/parties sprung in the Arab world. Like the Futuwwa in Iraq [who, under the pan-Arab, pan-Islamic leader Mufti’s influence was responsible for the Farhud massacre in 1941]; the ‘Young Egypt’ was born in 1933, “producing” such “gems” as warmonger Nasser; the Husseinis in Arab-Palestine created a Hitler Youth type paramilitary and an Arab Nazi Party.

After more than 70 Years, whereas openly Nazism is -fortunately- shunned just about everywhere, still, in the Arab Islamic Egypt there are ‘Arab springers’ who are “inspired” to be Nazis. Repeating the paradox, in spite of the ironic contradiction to the Aryans contempt for them. It is no secret how Hitler and the Nazis despised Arabs (as well as all Middle Easterners), regarded them as “monkeys,” and would have wiped them out (as assertion come out in recent years), just as “soon” as they were “done“ with the Jews.

HERE WE GO AGAIN: ‘ARAB NAZI PARTY’ – NOW IN EGYPT [IN 2011] – WITHOUT ANY SHAME

Founders of the Egyptian Nazi Party: All We Want is World Supremacy for the Egyptian Race
September 28, 2011  Special Dispatch No.4170
Following are excerpts from a TV talk show featuring members of the Egyptian Nazi Party, which aired on Dream1 TV on September 22, 2011.

Our Political Goal is to Make the Arab Race, or Arabic Speakers, the Best Race

TV host Wael El-Ebrashi: “A group of young Egyptians have founded a Nazi political party, even though Nazism is a tyrannical Fascist political ideology, which brought ruin and destruction upon the entire world.” […]

Egyptian Nazi Party member Dr. Mamdouh Mansour: “This is a new party with a new ideology. It operates out in the open. It is not a secret or Freemason society. The party’s ideology offers solutions to the problems afflicting Egypt.” […]

Egyptian Nazi Party member Sayyed Gamal: “We have adopted the positive aspects of the Nazi Party, not the negative. We will not carry out holocausts against the Jews, and we will not fight them. This has to do with the policies of the state, in which we do not interfere.

“Nobody finances us – neither at home nor abroad.”

Head of the Egyptian Nazi Party Muhi Al-Din Gamal: “My vision for the future is that within 10 years, we will have representatives in the parliament, and the president will be one of ours as well. Our political goal is to make the Arab race, or Arabic speakers, the best race. They will be at the top level, and we will help to spread the Arabic language throughout the world.”

Egyptian Nazi Party member Rami Gan: “Several businessmen want to finance us, and we have to choose between them. We do not recognize the peace treaty between Egypt and Israel.

“We want to build an Egyptian nuclear reactor – a reactor that will be built by Egyptians and will have Egyptian components. All Egyptians will unite around this national project.”

“The One and Only Thing We Have Adopted from Nazism is Racial Supremacy”

TV host Wael El-Ebrashi: “Heil Hitler! We have in the studio with us ‘Amr Fouad, a member of the Nazi Party. Welcome, ‘Amr.

“Muhammad Abd Al-Rahmad, a member of the Nazi Party. Hello, Muhammad.

“And Ahmad Sayyed, a member of the Nazi Party. Welcome, Ahmad. […]

“Why should we, in Egypt, import these tyrannical, Fascist political movements, and evoke them from history, after they have been vomited by the entire world?”

HITLER’S INFERIOR DESPISED ARAB ‘MONKEY’ RACE

War aims in the second world war: the war aims of the major belligerents, 1939-45 –

Islam, Nazism, and Totalitarianism

During an interview conducted in the late 1930s (published in 1939), Carl Jung, the Swiss psychiatrist and founder of analytical psychiatry, was asked “…had he any views on what was likely to be the next step in religious development?” Jung replied, in reference to the Nazi fervor that had gripped Germany

We do not know whether Hitler is going to found a new Islam. He is already on the way; he is like Muhammad. The emotion in Germany is Islamic; warlike and Islamic. They are all drunk with wild god. That can be the historic future.

Albert Speer, who was Hitler’s Minister of Armaments and War Production, wrote a contrite memoir of his World War II experiences while serving a 20-year prison sentence imposed by the Nuremberg tribunal. Speer’s narrative includes this discussion, which captures Hitler’s racist views of Arabs on the one hand, and his effusive praise for Islam on the other:

Hitler had been much impressed by a scrap of history he had learned from a delegation of distinguished Arabs. When the Mohammedans attempted to penetrate beyond France into Central Europe during the eighth century, his visitors had told him, they had been driven back at the Battle of Tours. Had the Arabs won this battle, the world would be Mohammedan today. For theirs was a religion that believed in spreading the faith by the sword and subjugating all nations to that faith. Such a creed was perfectly suited to the Germanic temperament. Hitler said that the conquering Arabs, because of their racial inferiority, would in the long run have been unable to contend with the harsher climate and conditions of the country. They could not have kept down the more vigorous natives, so that ultimately not Arabs but Islamized Germans could have stood at the head of this Mohammedan Empire. Hitler usually concluded this historical speculation by remarking, “You see, it’s been our misfortune to have the wrong religion. Why didn’t we have the religion of the Japanese, who regard sacrifice for the Fatherland as the highest good? The Mohammedan religion too would have been much more compatible to us than Christianity. Why did it have to be Christianity with its meekness and flabbiness?”

The roots of Arab Anti-Semitism – By David Greenberg – Slate Magazine Oct 31, 2001 … Then came the Holocaust, which not only marked the pinnacle of European anti-Semitism but encouraged it in the Arab world as well. Because Arab leaders shared the Germans’ hostility to Britain and France—the dominant colonial powers in the Middle East—they were eager to make common cause with Hitler, despite Nazi belief that they, like the Jews, were inferior to Aryans. The mufti of Jerusalem, among others, actively spread propaganda about “Anglo-Saxon Jewish greed” while praising the Nazi war effort. Even years later, sympathy for Nazism could be easily found in Arab culture. When Israel apprehended Adolf Eichmann in 1960, a Saudi newspaper headline read, “Capture of Eichmann, Who Had the Honor of Killing Five Million Jews.”

If the Holocaust nurtured Arab anti-Semitism, it also helped to discredit such bigotry in the West. Indeed, it helped mobilize support for a Jewish state internationally. In 1948, Israel was finally granted independence. As if to welcome their new neighbor into the region, the Arab countries promptly invaded. Israel repulsed the attacks, and in the three Arab-Israeli wars that followed (1956, 1967, 1973), the Jewish state managed to survive and..

What did the Nazis really think about Muslims?
According to the Nazis’ racist ideology, Arabs are racial Semites and thus subhumans, similar to Jews. In his book, Mein Kampf, Hitler described the struggle for world domination as an ongoing racial, cultural and political battle between Aryans and non-Aryans. He envisaged a “ladder” of racial hierarchy, asserting that German “Aryans” were at the top of the ladder, while Jews and Gypsies were consigned to the bottom of the order. On Hitler’s racial ladder, Arabs and Muslims occupied a servile place, held in much the same contempt as the Jews.
Hitler made a personal remark in 1939 in which he referred to the populace of the Middle East as “painted half-apes that ought to feel the whip”.
As in other instances, however, the Nazis never allowed their ideological views to get in the way of more urgent political considerations. The Nazis recognized the importance of wooing the Arab and Muslim world to their side and, in their public proclamations, downplayed their real views of Muslims and Arabs. When Mein Kampf was being translated into Arabic in 1938, Hitler himself tactfully proposed to omit from it his “racial ladder” theory.

World War II New Research Taints Image of Desert Fox Rommel
By Jan Friedmann
Der Spiegel, 05/23/2007
Arabs Shouted “Heil Rommel”

Hitler was celebrated in large parts of the Arab world, and some newspapers even likened him to the Prophet. The Desert Fox was almost as popular as Hitler. “Heil Rommel” was a common greeting in Arab countries.

Many Arabs thought the Germans would free them from the rule of the old colonial powers France and Britain. Hitler had shown how to burst the shackles of the Treaty of Versailles. After Germany defeated France in 1940, chants against the French and British echoed around the streets of Damascus: “No more Monsieur, no more Mister, Allah’s in Heaven and Hitler’s on earth.”

Adolf Hitler assured the exiled Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, Muhammad Amin al-Husseini, at a meeting in Berlin in November 1941 that his goal was the “destruction of Jewry living in Arabia.” The Führer had racist objections to Arabs as well, though. He declined to shake the Mufti’s hand and refused to drink coffee with him.

Hitler nevertheless provided the Mufti, who later sponsored Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat, with a budget of 750,000 Reichsmark per month to foment Jihad in Palestine. In an example of ideological flexibility, the SS even recruited Muslim volunteers and declared that the Muslims living in the Balkans belonged to the “racially valuable” peoples of Europe.

Have no doubt Hitler would have wiped out Arabs after Jews
Saturday February 24 2007

MAURICE Papon, lowered into his grave along with his precious Legion d’honneur last week, proved what many Arabs have long suspected but generally refuse to acknowledge: that bureaucrats and racists and others who worked for Hitler regarded all Semitic people as their enemies and that – had Hitler’s armies reached the Middle East – they would ultimately have found a “final solution” to the “Arab question,” just as they did for the Jews of Europe.

Papon’s responsibility for the 1942 arrest and deportation of 1,600 Jews in and around Bordeaux – 223 children among them, all shipped off to the Drancy camp and then to Auschwitz – was proved without the proverbial shadow of a doubt at his 1998 trial.

Less clear were the exact number of Algerians murdered by his police force in Paris and hurled into the Seine in 1961. He organised the police repression of the independence demonstration by 40,000 Algerians; in the cities of Algiers and Oran and Blida and other areas of modern-day Algeria where this atrocity festers on among elderly relatives, they say that up to 400 Algerians were massacred by Papon’s flics. Some historians suggest 250. The same was always claimed of Haj Amin al-Husseini, the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem. From Hitler, he obtained a promise that “when we (the Germans) have arrived at the southern Caucasus, then the time of the liberation of the Arabs will have arrived – and you can rely on my word.” All this came back to me last week when I received a remarkable letter from Toulouse in my Beirut mailbag. It was a response to an article I wrote last year about Irene Nemirovsky, whose magnificent, Tolstoyan novel of the Nazi occupation of France was unfinished when Irene was herself sent to Drancy and on to the crematoria of Auschwitz. My article earned a stiff call of complaint from the press attache at the French embassy in London.

The letter, in slightly ungrammatical English, was written by Nemirovsky’s only surviving daughter, Denise Epstein, and I hope she will not mind if I quote from it: “Allow me to present myself: I am the girl of Irene Nemirovsky . . . and I wanted to thank you for having spoken so well about my mother.

This book caused a certain awakening of the consciences undoubtedly but according to what you teach me from the attitude of the French embassy when one evokes the memory of the Jewish children assassinated with the complicity of the authorities of the time, I realise that the memory is really diluted very easily and which that opens the door with other massacres innocent whatever their origin.

IT is thus with emotion and gratitude that I want to send this small message to you.

I am now 77-years-old and I nevertheless live the every day with the weight of this past on the shoulders, softened by happiness to see reviving my parents, and at the same time as them, I hope to make revive all those of which nobody any more speaks. PS: Sorry for my very bad English!”

It would be hard to find more moving words than these, a conscious belief that the dead can be recalled in their own words along with that immensely generous remembrance of other innocents who have died in other massacres.

And that extraordinary image of the “dilution of memory” carries its own message. This, of course, is what Haj Amin suffered from. Papon, too, I imagine, before they buried the terrible old man last week.

The United Nations Should Not Recognize an Apartheid, Judenrein, Islamic Palestine

September 22, 2011

The United Nations Should Not Recognize an Apartheid, Judenrein, Islamic Palestine :: Hudson New York

by Alan M. Dershowitz

September 21, 2011 at 11:30 am

The United Nations is being asked to grant the Palestinians the status of a "state," for at least some purposes. The question arises what kind of a state will it be? In an effort to attract Western support, the Palestinian Authority claims that it will become another "secular democratic state." Hamas, which won the last parliamentary election, disagrees. It wants Palestine to be a Muslim state governed by Sharia Law.

We know what the Palestinian leadership is saying to the West. Now let's look at what its saying to its own people, who will, after all, be the ultimate decision makers if Palestine is indeed a democracy.

The draft constitution for the new state of Palestine declares that "Islam is the official religion in Palestine." It also states that Sharia Law will be "the major source of legislation." It is ironic that the same Palestinian leadership which supports these concepts for Palestine refuses to acknowledge that Israel is the nation state of the Jewish people. Israel, in contrast to the proposed Palestinian state, does not have an official state religion. Although it is a Jewish state, that description is not a religious one but rather a national one. It accords equal rights to Islam, Christianity and all other religions, as well as to atheists and agnostics. Indeed, a very high proportion of Israelis describe themselves as secular.

The new Palestinian state would prohibit any Jews from being citizens, from owning land or from even living in the Muslim state of Palestine. The Ambassador of the PLO to the United States was asked during an interview whether "any Jew who is inside the borders of Palestine will have to leave?" His answer: "Absolutely!" After much criticism, the Ambassador tried to spin his statement, saying that it applied only to Jews "who are amid the occupation." Whatever that means, one thing is clear: large numbers of Jews will not be welcome to remain in Islamic Palestine as equal citizens. In contrast, Israel has more than 1 million Arab citizens, most of whom are Muslims. They are equal under the law, except that they need not serve in the Israeli army.

The new Palestine will have the very "law of return" that it demands that Israel should give up. All Palestinians, no matter where they live and regardless of whether they have ever set foot in Palestine, will be welcome to the new state, while a Jew whose family has lived in Hebron for thousands of years will be excluded.

To summarize, the new Palestinian state will be a genuine apartheid state. It will practice religious and ethnic discrimination, it will have one official religion and it will base its laws on the precepts of one religion. Imagine what the status of gays will be under Sharia law!

Palestinian leadership accuses Israel of having roads that are limited only to Jews. This is entirely false: a small number of roads on the West Bank are restricted to Israelis, but they are equally open to Israeli Jews, Muslims and Christians alike. The entire state of Palestine will have a "no Jews allowed" sign on it.

It is noteworthy that the very people who complain most loudly about Israel's law of return and about its character as the nation state of the Jewish people, are silent when it comes to the new Palestinian state. Is it that these people expect more of Jews than they do of Muslims? If so, is that not a form of racism?

What would the borders of a Palestinian state look like if the Palestinians got their way without the need to negotiate with Israel? The Palestinians would get, as a starting point, all of the land previously occupied by Jordan prior to the 1967 War, in which Jordan attacked Israel. This return to the status quo that led to the 6 Day War is inconsistent with the intention of Security Council Resolution 242, which contemplated some territorial changes.

The new boundaries of this Palestinian state would include Judaism's holiest place, the Western Wall. It would also include the access roads to Hebrew University, which Jordan used to close down this great institution of learning founded by the Jews nearly 100 years ago. The new Palestinian state would also incorporate the Jewish Quarter of Jerusalem, in which Jews have lived for 3000 years, except for those periods of time during which they were expelled by force.

It is contemplated, of course, that Israel would regain these areas as part of a land swap with the Palestinians. But there is no certainty that the Palestinians would agree to a reasonable land swap. Palestinian leaders have already said that they would hold these important and sacred sites hostage to unreasonable demands. For example, the Western Wall covers only a few acres, but the Palestinian leadership has indicated that these acres are among the most valuable in the world, and in order for Israel to regain them, they would have to surrender thousands of acres. The same might be true of the access road to Hebrew University and the Jewish Quarter.

When Jordan controlled these areas, the Jordanian government made them Judenrein—Jews could not pray at the Western Wall, visit the Jewish Quarter, or have access to Hebrew University. There is no reason to believe that a Palestinian state would treat Jews any differently if they were to maintain control over these areas.

An Apartheid, Islamic, Judenrein Palestine on the 1967 borders is a prescription for disaster. That is why a reasonable Palestinian state must be the outcome of negotiations with Israel, and not the result of a thoughtless vote by the United Nations.

The Palestinians and Israeli leaders are now in New York. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has offered to sit down and negotiate, with no preconditions, a realistic peace based on a two-state solution. President Abbas should accept that offer, which will actually get the Palestinians a viable state rather than a cheap paper victory that will raise expectations but lower the prospects for real peace.

Inernational: From Israel to New York – Jews, Christians Protest Hamas Led …‎ Israel News Agency

By Joel Leyden
Israel News Agency

New York — September 20, 2011 …. Thousands of Jewish and Christian protesters are taking to the streets in Jerusalem and in New York to protest a UN vote on the creation of a Hamas led Palestine…

The issue is not a vote at the UN. The issue is that of an all out PR campaign of incitement and violence coordinated by Iran, Syria, Hamas, Islamic Jihad and Hezbollah which will transcend into a regional war in the Middle East.

The Israel Defense Forces are preparing for mass riots as the Israel Defense Forces Home Front Command prepares bomb shelters for it’s citizens.

Mark Regev, spokesman for the Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, criticized the Palestinian effort last Friday, calling it a violation of the Oslo Accords, the 1993 agreement between Israel and the PLO.

“The Palestinians made a commitment to Israel and the world, to resolve all outstanding issues through negotiations. The Palestinians are violating their signed commitments.”

Regev also threatened the PA, saying that if they proceed with their UN action either with the General Assembly or the Security Council, “Israel will reserve the right to respond in kind”. Several Israel lawmakers have suggested responding by annulling the accords or by annexing all or part of the entire West Bank. The West Bank, which never belonged to any entity known as Palestine, belonged to Jordan before the 1967 war.

While many protest a UN vote for a Palestine that has openly stated that it would not allow Jews inside their country, a state of Apartheid, Americans are also out in the streets protesting the arrival of Iran President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. The New York based advocacy group United Against Nuclear Iran, is protesting outside the Warwick Hotel in Manhattan where Ahmadinejad is staying.

“Ahmadinejad is the leader of a criminal regime allied with al-Qaeda and other terrorists, and guilty of atrocious human rights violations,” the group said in a statement. “Would the Warwick be willing to accommodate Osama bin Laden’s successor Ayman al-Zawahiri were he to visit Manhattan?”

Poll stunner: These American blacks OK with violent attacks
Shocking study shows high number holding favorable views of al-Qaida

Posted: September 01, 2011

The most dangerous Muslims in America may be black converts to Islam, according to a shocking new poll by the Pew Research Center.

African-American Muslims tend to hold the most violent views among U.S. Muslims surveyed by Pew in a poll released this week.

Fully 28 percent of U.S.-born black Muslim respondents said “suicide bombings and other violence against civilians” can be justified sometimes or at least in rare cases. That compares with 9 percent of foreign-born Muslims who hold the same view.

Pew also found that 11 percent of black Muslims living in the U.S. have a favorable opinion of al-Qaida – more than double the share of U.S. Muslims overall who hold that view. Another 21 percent of black Muslims hold only mildly unfavorable views of the terrorist organization responsible for attacking America 10 years ago; while 56 percent of that segment of the Muslim population hold very unfavorable views.

A popular African-American imam has preached that Islamic law permits Muslims to attack U.S. military targets – including C-130 military transport planes carrying the 82nd Airborne out of Fort Bragg, N.C., according to the best-selling book, “Muslim Mafia: Inside the Secret Underworld That’s Conspiring to Islamize America.”

The Muslim cleric, Zaid Shakir, a frequent guest speaker at Council on American-Islamic Relations events, tells his Muslim audiences: “Jihad is physically fighting the enemies of Islam to protect and advance the religion of Islam. This is jihad.”

Acceptable targets of jihad, he says, include U.S. military aircraft.

A dangerous new level
The president is facing a growing terrorist threat
Sep 3rd 2011 | ABUJA | from the print edition

..A SUICIDE-BOMBING on August 26th at the headquarters of the UN in Abuja, Nigeria’s capital, which left at least 23 people dead, has sharply raised the stakes in the conflict between the government and its terrorist opponents. It was the first suicide-bombing in Nigeria to target an international body. It has rattled foreign residents. And it has made people question whether President Goodluck Jonathan’s administration has a convincing plan to stop such attacks.

The prime suspect is Boko Haram, an extremist Muslim group whose name means “Western education is sinful”. One of its spokesmen told foreign journalists that the action had been carried out to avenge the humiliating treatment of its members by Nigeria’s army and police. Although reluctant to admit to an embarrassing failure of security, Nigerian officials have blamed the sect.

The attack marks a big leap in Boko Haram’s ambitions and suggests it may now be colluding with other more established groups, including al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb (AQIM), which made a similar attack on UN offices in Algeria four years ago. The Nigerian secret police say that a member of Boko Haram recently came back from Somalia to oversee the attack.

Most of the sect’s activities have hitherto been confined to the dusty north-east of Africa’s most populous nation, on the fringe of the Sahara desert. But in recent months it has expanded beyond its home ground. The latest bombing is the second in the capital since June, when the chief of police narrowly avoided being blown up in his headquarters.

In July Mr Jonathan set up a committee to look into the turmoil in the north-east, Boko Haram’s base. But it has been slow to report. Unless the president soon presents a plan of action, Nigerians and foreign investors may lose confidence in his government’s ability to deal with the problem.

It is hard to gauge the extent of Boko Haram’s following. It has no clear structure or evident chain of command. Poverty in the area has helped drive young men into the arms of radical Islam. Fervent religious extremism has encouraged people to assail the government. The security services’ heavy-handed tactics in trying to quash the violence with random arrests, killings and disappearances have fuelled the discontent. Counter-insurgency experts are urging them to be less bellicose.

Al-Qaida not the only U.S. enemy
COMMENTARY

Nearly 10 years after the 9/11 attacks, many politicians, diplomats, journalists and academics remain reluctant even to name America’s enemies.

To take but one example: John Brennan, head of the White House homeland security office, has argued that America is only “at war with al-Qaida” and its closest affiliates.

I understand the impulse to frame the conflict as narrowly as possible. Brennan and others do not want to reinforce al-Qaida’s message that Muslims from Afghanistan to Iraq to Israel to Paris to Detroit must choose between the umma, the global Islamic community, and the West – to fight for one and against the other.

But can we not say – truthfully and without playing into al-Qaida’s hands – that there are regimes and groups within the Muslim world that are implacably hostile to the West? Can we not say that they subscribe to a belief system called Jihadism? The late Father Richard John Neuhaus defined Jihadism as a religiously inspired ideology built on the teaching “that it is the moral obligation of all Muslims to employ whatever means necessary in order to compel the world’s submission to Islam.”

Spanish Town Becoming “New Mecca of the Most Radical Islamism”
by Soeren Kern
September 1, 2011 at 5:00 am
The municipality of Salt, a town near Barcelona where Muslim immigrants now make up 40% of the population, has approved a one-year ban on the construction of new mosques. It is the first ban of its kind in Spain.

The moratorium follows public outrage over plans to build a massive Salafi mosque that is being financed by Saudi Arabia. Salafism is a branch of revivalist Islam that calls for restoring past Muslim glory by forcibly re-establishing an Islamic empire (Caliphate) across the Middle East, North Africa and parts of Europe such as Spain, which Salafists view as a Muslim state that must be reconquered for Islam.

Turkish Islamic Apartheid against Greeks

End the illegal Turkish occupation

The 3Rs:
1 Remove all Turkish troops from Cyprus
2 Repatriate all colonists
3 Return all refugees to their homes without preconditions, restrictions or discrimination

In 1974 Turkey invaded Cyprus, illegally dividing the country and committing war crimes and mass human rights abuses. Hundreds of thousands of Greek Cypriots were ethnically cleansed by the Turkish army.

Turkey continues to violate international law and United Nations resolutions that demand the withdrawal of the Turkish army and the right to return for Greek Cypriot refugees.

We are protesting because Turkey still maintains its illegal apartheid regime that racially discrimates against Greek Cypriots by preventing them from returning to their homes and lands.

The Greek Cypriots are the legal owners of 82 percent of land in the occupied north and we want to return. We will never give up our properties to those who seek to profit from their theft and illegal purchase.

Is it right that Turkey, which aspires to join the European Union still maintains military occupation of one third of the Republic of Cyprus, a country which is a full member of the EU?

The human rights of the Cypriots must be restored, so that we may live in a truly reunited Cyprus with the full rights enjoyed by all other EU citizens.

While Turkey continues violating the human rights of EU citizens and destroying the European culture of occupied Cyprus, it is unacceptable that it is allowed to proceed with EU accession negotiations.

We call on your support to put pressure on EU governments to help end the illegal occupation of Cyprus and to end Turkish apartheid in Cyprus.

The 3Rs:

In addition, in August and September 2001, the international community had a meeting for the World Conference against Racism, Racial Discrimination, Xenophobia and Related Intolerance, declared its universal recognition of “the right of refugees to return voluntarily to their homes and properties in dignity and safety, and urge[d] all States to facilitate such return.”

A viable and just Cyprus settlement cannot be based on a situation of apartheid, under which Cypriots are forcibly segregated on the grounds that Muslims and Christians, people of Turkish origin and people of Greek origin, cannot live together. Such segregation not only contradicts fundamentally Turkey’s own policy of integration with the European Community, but also constitutes a recipe for suspicion, resentment and conflict.

The plan would allow settlement of Greeks in the Turkish zone, but creates an apartheid system of careful quotas of Greek resettlement to maintain a Turkish Muslim majority in the north and links the desire of Greek Cypriots to Btum to their home with Turkey accession into EU: up to 18% of the population could be Greek under the plan..
… Therefore it is no surprise either that the leaders in the Uthmani Khilafah like Sultan Abdul Hameed valued Islam,

Turkish human rights violations in Turkey and Cyprus (2007)

Ismail Cem, Turkey’s Foreign Minister recently complained that the European Union had offered Turkey only a “third class ticket” on the train of accession to the European Union. Others would say that Turkey was extremely fortunate to have even been considered for membership given its appalling tradition of human rights abuses.

For the past two hundred years, Turkey has achieved what is undoubtedly one of the worst human rights records in the world. The Turks have ethnically cleansed or otherwise mistreated ethnic minorities within Turkey and the peoples of neighbouring countries.

These include the Armenians, Bulgarians, Cypriots, Greeks, Kurds, Romanians and the Serbs. Turkey has the unenviable record of having conducted the first genocide of the 20th century when from 1915 to 1918 one and a half million indigenous Armenians were annihilated.

Lately, the Turks have turned their attention to those of their own people who have the courage to speak out against human rights abuses in Turkey.

Killings, disappearances and torture of lawyers, journalists, trade unionists, intellectuals and others remain well documented and are frighteningly commonplace in modern day Turkey.

Amnesty international recently reported that Turkey is the 5th worst country in the world for torture in jails, whilst the US State Department reports that the human rights situation in Turkey continues to deteriorate despite the promises of the Turkish government. In its annual report to Congress on human rights the Clinton administration stated that Turkish security forces committed “serious human rights abuses” during 1997.

Today, Turkey wages a dirty war against the Kurds who are fighting for recognition of their identity, and the right to express their language and culture. Almost 30,000 Kurds, government forces and civilians have been sacrificed. Three million Kurds are now refugees, and 3,000 Kurdish villages have been razed to the ground by Turkish troops.

This policy of human rights violations and ethnic cleansing is just as evident in the occupied north of Cyprus.

Turkey invaded the Republic of Cyprus in 1974 under the most spurious circumstances, causing death, rape, torture and forced displacement of persons, acts which are well documented by the European Court of Human Rights.

Turkey has created an illegal apartheid regime in the occupied area forcibly separating the Greek Cypriots from the Turkish Cypriots, violating a fundamental tenet of the European Union – the principle of free movement.

The few remaining Greek Cypriots enclaved in the occupied north are subject to continuous attack, harassment and intimidation, relying on United Nations protection and hand-outs in order to survive. They are also denied the right to secondary education, in violation of international law and the UN Charter on Human Rights.

No one can treat the hapless Mr Cem or Turkey itself with any credibility for so long as Turkey persists with her atrocious tradition of human rights violations. Sadly history teaches us that Turkey’s policy on human rights has not and is unlikely to change.

Lobby for Cyprus urges the European Union leaders not to pursue a policy of appeasement with Turkey.

New Statesman – The ‘desecration’ of Cyprus
Posted by Brian Coleman – 22 October 2007 11:34

Brian Coleman on Northern Cyprus, the treatment of Orthodox churches and why the government promotes Turkish membership of the EU

The deaths of a couple of dozen Turkish troops in operations against the Kurds and the vote by the Turkish Parliament to in effect invade Northern Iraq to pursue operations against the Kurdish people has focused world attention on a conflict which the modern state of Turkey has pursued for many decades.

Last weekend I was in Cyprus (and yes my expenses were paid by my hosts) to attend events to continue to protest about the Turkish occupation of North Cyprus in particular the beautiful town of Morphu, twinned with my home Borough of Barnet.

Whereas over the last few years the legitimate Republic of Cyprus has made huge economic strides.

On the back of EU membership it operates as a mainstream European Country. The occupied north meanwhile continues to exist in a form of Asiatic poverty with an army of occupation of about 40,000 troops.

Most of the native Cypriots (both Greek and Turkish) have long since given up and abandoned the place to settlers flown in from Anatolia.

The desecration of Orthodox churches and the wholesale stripping and sale abroad of religious icons and archaeological treasures has to be seen to be believed and the ethnic cleansing carried out in the north of this magnificent island is as bad as anything experienced in the former Yugoslavia.

Yet as the new female Cypriot Foreign Minister Erato Kozakou-Marcoullis told me in rather a forceful manner – she has a touch of the Margaret Thatcher about her – there are thousands of Britons buying property illegally confiscated from Cypriots many of whom are my constituents in North London. In fact 95% of sales in the occupied area are to Brits.

Quite why anyone would buy property they have no legal entitlement to and which, when the eventual reunion of Cyprus comes, they may well lose with no compensation at all is beyond me. However the British Government sits back and does little to prevent these sales and the environmental damage to picturesque North Cyprus which the huge building boom is causing.

This last fortnight has also shown that Britain is not alone in playing softball with Turkey; the attitude of President Bush to Congress which was discussing the Armenian genocide was bizarre.

As the Armenian ambassador explained in his excellent piece on the New Statesman website last week, nobody with any common sense denies that the Armenian Genocide of 1915 onwards took place. Yet if the Germans can admit their guilt over the Nazi Holocaust why cannot the Turks do likewise?

The plucky little democratic country of Armenia still has to contend with a blockade by Turkey not to mention the aggression of its neighbour Azerbaijan whose idea of Democracy is to pass the presidency down from father to son.

So why this desire by Britain and the US to butter up Turkey? Gone is the Cold war threat from the Soviet Union and, with the election of President Gul, the Islamists are taking over Turkey anyway. Quite how the Turks imagine they can have any place in the EU whilst maintaining their belligerence on Cyprus, Armenia and towards the Kurds is beyond me.

Exactly why does the British Government continue to promote Turkey’s EU membership? Could it by any chance be to do with Labour’s need of the Muslim vote?

Turkish racist Apartheid against Kurds

THE APARTHEID NATION OF TURKEY

The application of Kurdish politicians Aysel Tuğluk and Ahmet Trk to restore their status as members of parliament was dismissed. Both politicians were subjected to a five-year political ban after the ban of the pro-Kurdish Democratic Society Party in 2009. The Presidency of the Turkey Grand National Assembly (TBMM) rejected the applications of Kurdish politicians Ahmet Trk and Aysel Tuğluk related to restoring their status as members of parliament. Following amendments enforced after the referendum on the constitutional reform package in 2010, the Peace and Democracy Party (BDP) had applied to parliament for restoring Trk’s and Tuğluk’s status as MPs. Upon the TBMM’s rejection of the application, lawyer ײztrk Trkdoğan brought the issue before the Constitutional Court on behalf of Trk and Tuğluk. On Thursday (17 March), the High Court dismissed the request “by majority vote”.

Our presence here predates September 11, 2001. Our vigil to atone for the political crimes of Turkey against the Kurds began on March 5. On that day, seven years ago, Leyla Zana and her parliamentarian colleagues were arrested and imprisoned for speaking up for Kurdish rights. They had engaged in hunger strikes, political sit-ins and demonstrations to end the Turkish version of the Apartheid. But the system did not want to change. Instead, it imprisoned them and has kept them in prison ever since.

Publicly demand reparations from Turkey for the costs of the operation, including the medical bills of the thugs and Jew-haters who have been given such lovely medical care in Israeli hospitals.

3. Demand a UN investigation of why Turkey is funding terrorist organizations that are involved in attacks on Israel.

4. Fund a Kurdish human-rights NGO in Israel — there are lots of Kurdish Jews who I’m sure would be happy to help — that raises awareness of the plight of Kurds in Turkey. (Short answer: they are treated horribly.) This organization must publicize the apartheid conditions of Kurdish life in Turkey and churn out op-eds, studies, videos, and press releases denouncing Turkey’s brutal and racist treatment of its own minorities.

5. Fund a Turkish-language documentary on the Armenian genocide, upload it to YouTube, and promote it heavily in Turkey. If Erdogan wants to call Israel a criminal and a murderer, there’s no reason why Israel shouldn’t return the favor on this most sensitive of issues.

In its Third Report on Turkey, the European Commission Against Racism and Intolerance (ECRI) reported that in the case of Kurds, the freedoms of expression, assembly and association continue to be “severely curtailed, especially in practice” and that Kurds continue to be “subject to prejudice and stereotyping” (15 Feb. 2005, 22; see also Freedom House 2004). Similarly, Country Reports 2004 indicated that “Kurds who publicly or politically asserted their Kurdish identity or use[d] Kurdish in the public domain risked censure, harassment, or prosecution” (28 Feb. 2005, Sec. 5).

Turkey’s Anti Alevi apartheid

11/2/10

Alevi Apartheid in Turkey (Academic Research Results)

Today Vatan Daily one of the most popular newspapers of  Turkey published a summary of an academic research about Alevi Apartheid.

Maras Alevi Massacre more than 8000 Alevi civillians killed by sunnis with the help of  sunni state police and army!

Alevi?

Alevism is a religion and there are more than 25 million Alevi citizens living in Turkey. Alevis are tolerated, secularist, peaceful people. Turkey is modern because of Alevi people. The most famous Alevi is Ataturk! Alevis are living in many countries not only in Turkey. Most of the Alevis are Turk but there are also Kurdish, Zaza, Persian, Arabic Alevis.

Alevis are facing with discrimination in Turkey International media and Turkish media is still ignoring Alevis. This research results are shocking. I am not surprised because I am an Alevi and I am facing with these problems too.

Research was made by academician Aykan Erdemir and it took 18 months. Thousands of Alevi people took place in this research. Reserchers talk directly with 258 Alevi and also asked questions to 1672 Alevi online from different cities!

Turkey is managed by sunnis since 1950, now President, Prime minister, ministers are all sunni. There is not even 1 Alevi minister in the AKP government! But 35 to 40 percent of the population of Turkey is Alevi! Also there are no Alevi Governors, 81 of the 81 cities governors are all sunni too. The police force is nearly all sunni too! That means Alevis are not represented in the state and Alevis don’t have the constitutional rights although the Turkish Constitution is clearly rejecting  racism and apartheid!

In every part of the social life the doors are closed to the Alevi individuals. This is not declared openly but this rule is shaping the things as a hidden secret rule! Alevis are tolerated till they have success but if they became an academic rector or became a important high rank army officer sunnis are reacting! the researcher is a sunni but he also realize the ugly truth; if An Alevi is successful the sunni system is starting to oppress this person. You don’t have to be an adult it starts in the primary school! If you are one of the best  students in the school sunni teachers can give you some zeros without any reason! You can be the best student in that class but you are Alevi you should have low points because they don’t want successful Alevis. This is happening even in the best schools of Turkey! Also the situation is same in the universities. If you are a state worker or officer or working for a private company you will also have problems because of being Alevi!

The sunnis will always give the jobs and positions to sunnis you can be the best engineer but you will be discriminated and a sunni will take your position. But if an Alevi decide for a job he/she will give the position to the one who deserves.

Also rich Alevis are  attacked by the sunni state with every legal and illegal way. The sunni state don’t want rich Alevis sunnis are taking our lands our companies by manipulating the laws and government power!

According to research Alevi Apartheid is rising and becoming more systematical day by day and this is the most strict and aggressive apartheid in Europe!  The discrimination against Alevis is in every where state works or private works, education, employment, health, religion, during army duty. Alevi citizens are facing with different procedures  because of their secularist peaceful religion and beliefs!

The different procedures against Alevis includes, hate speech, threatening,  discrimination and even sometimes to death or torture!

Mr. Erdemir described this as  ”The doors are all closed for every level of social life   to Alevi people!” Sadly he is right our struggle starts since child hood of course some Alevi babies are not lucky enough to survive during the sunni attacks. Many Alevi babies were massacred during Alevi Massacres by sunni civilians even some Alevi babies were tortured with their parents by sunni police!

The discrimination against Alevis includes apartments, cemeteries, accommodation sites and streets! In Turkey people are hiding their identities not to be targeted by sunnis! But that doesn’t work for Alevis as hiding himself/herself is very hard mostly impossible for an Alevi. Alevis don’t fast, don’t pray namaz or go to mosque on friday, Alevis are very liberal Alevi women don’t wear Turban or Burka or Niqap! Also the roots of Alevis are more clear due to the ottoman persecutions and Alevi Genocides! Alevi people lived as tribes to protect themselves so Alevi citizens are easy to track from their hometown or home villages.

The media is also controlled by sunnis. Alevis are good at science, art, literature, music most of the positive figures of Turkish history are Alevi people like Ataturk, Rumi, Asık Veysel, Yunus Emre. But no way if you are an Alevi you can not be a journalist, columnist and you can not write about Alevism in a newspaper. The media will only told what the sunni state want to be told about Alevis! Alevis are the owners of Turkish music and literature but there is not even 1 Alevi columnist in the Hurriyet Daily. You are an Alevi   the more you make your job better the more sunnis will hate you! Things are different in Turkey!

The sunni state is building mosques in Alevi villages or Towns! Alevis pray in Cemevi (Alevi Worship House) so building a mosque to Alevi villages is just to make them uncomfortable! The sunni state is sometimes building 2 mosques in the same Alevi village but there are no sunnis living there! Also sunni state is  putting sound systems to play sunni ezan in the Alevi villages which don’t have mosques!  And sunnis made Genocides to Alevis so quess how Alevis are feeling it is like building a nazi center in a Jewish town and playing the nazi songs 5 times a day!

The sunni state is oppressing Alevi villages by governors or by government officers.  Sunni state is not serving Alevi villages water lines, schools, roads, health facilities are just  other ways to oppress Alevis more. The sunni state is not building the roads or water lines or just building it cheaply and when it needs fixing state never fixes it. The sunni state don’t want Alevis to be happy.

Hace Bektas is a Dai (Alevi Leader) who is very important for Alevis.  He is a philosopher who  used to write the basics of the Declaration of Human Rights  centuries ago which is still a part of our religion. His town is holly for Alevis. The AKP government shoot down the electricity of the water pumps in this town! Hacıbektaş Town can not pay the electricity bill because the municipality is nearly having no money from the government. Every year millions of people are visiting this town and paying to the government  for the tickets to enter the Hacıbektaş Cemevi! Alevis have to pay to enter their house and this money is not even used for Alevis!

More than 20 years there is no crime in Hacıbektaş town although sometimes more than  half million people are sleeping in the streets during the festival.  So the jail is closed since 1995! And sunni state is punishing this town can you believe that!   What kind of a state do that!  Crime is very low in the Alevi community because of the Alevi lifestyle!

Also the researchers asked to Alevis to compare their situation with 5 years ago, most of them told that the apartheid is becoming more and more strict and the situation is really awful for Alevis. (No need to make a research everyone knows that Alevis are oppressed more day by day in Turkey)

Also Diyanet (the religion ministry) is using billions of dollars just for sunni religion. The budget of Diyanet minister is more than 8 of other ministers! Alevis give tax but take nothing except torture, assassinations, mass murders, insults…

9 of the every 10 Alevis told that there is religion discrimination against Alevis and religion based discrimination is very common in Turkey
3 of the every 4 Alevi told that he/she was discriminated more than once in a year.

Alevis are also telling that they are facing with gender discrimination, discrimination for being handicapped, for their sexual preferences,  for their ethnicity, for their age,

4 of the every 5 Alevi told that plural discrimination is very common in Turkey which means discrimination is done by groups and in public.

9 of the every 10 Alevis told that they witnessed discrimination of other Alevis in the last 1 year.

Alevis also told that they don’t care about the ethnicity or the life style or the religion of their neighbors and don’t feel disturbed from being neighbors with them.  Roman, Christian, Jewish , Handicapped, homosexual neighbors or   neighbors from different ethnicity is okay for Alevis. ( there were several researches which pointed that half of the citizens in  Turkey don’t want to have Christian or Jewish (non-Muslim)  neighbors. ) The sunni and Alevi citizens are different like back and white.

Also according to research the percentage of  Alevis who have friends from other ethnicities or other religions (non-muslim) or  homosexual friends or Roman friends is very above the Turkey’s general percentage.  That is because of Alevism if you just search Alevism you will see that it is impossible for an Alevi to make discrimination against  other people.

Also between 2002 and 2007 anti-Alevist islamo-fascist AKP government built 3555 sunni mosques! But there were only 179 Alevi Cemevis (Churchs) at the time! Now there are 85,000 mosques in Turkey a mosque for every 210 sunni!   European Union and USA is just ignoring this fascism 25 million Alevi is living in a nazi camp!

Erdogan is telling that he is proud of ”Ebu Suud” who ordered and committed  genocide to Alevis during his rallies!

I can confirm all of these and more so Alevis don’t want to live with sunnis…

[Islamic] Republic of Turkey – the First Fascist State in History

April 27, 2011

Republic of Turkey – the First Fascist State in History
By Times.am at 6 April, 2011, 11:25 am

The Republics of Armenia and Turkey have been in a long-lasting conflict with no resolution in sight. Therefore a proper assessment of the political system and state ideology of Turkey is extremely important for the Armenian state to build a competent foreign policy and properly position itself in the international arena.

The West has traditionally portrayed the Republic of Turkey which emerged on the ruins of the Ottoman Empire as a secular democratic Muslim state. Even though this cliche is being persistently circulated in the Western media and very often uttered by American and European officials, it is far from reality. Unfortunately, Armenia has not yet dared to offer its own assessment of modern Turkish statehood and tacitly put up with the aforementioned international narrative.

In reality, one of the consequences of the Armenian Genocide was the creation of the first fascist state in Europe’s periphery. The Republic of Turkey had all the core characteristics inherent to fascism and Nazism, which later emerged in Italy, Germany and some other European countries. Below the six main characteristics of Turkish fascism are identified:

1. Turkish chauvinism and genocidal policies. Mustafa Kemal (Ataturk) was formerly himself a member of the governing body of Committee of Union and Progress (CUP), the political organization of murderous Young Turks. Once in power, Ataturk and the Kemalists not only continued the Armenian Genocide, but directed their tested policies of extermination of an entire people against Greeks and other ethnic minorities. In Eastern Armenia alone, the Kemalists destroyed 200,000 Armenians (1920-1921), in Smyrna – 100,000 Greeks and Armenians (September 1922), in the Black Sea regions – about 300,000 Pontian Greeks (1919-1923). They also continued the Genocide against the Assyrians, of whom about 500,000 were annihilated by the Turkish forces from 1915 to 1923. Deportations, mass exterminations, political and cultural repressions against the Kurds, the second largest ethnic group in modern Turkey, began immediately after the Armenian Genocide and continue to this day. All Kurdish attempts to protect their basic national and human rights were brutally suppressed in 1925, 1927, and 1937. In 1980s and 1990s, more than a million Kurds were deported to large cities (during these deportations, according to various estimates, two to three thousand Kurdish villages were destroyed).

Turkish chauvinism was legislatively approved in the Constitution of 1937 under the auspicious name of “nationalism” (Milliyetçilik ), openly aiming to assimilate non-Turkic ethnic groups and legally identifying them as Turks. Although later the concept of Turkish “nationalism” was interpreted in different ways, its chauvinistic nature and essence has remained unchanged.

The modern discipline of Holocaust and Genocide Studies identifies the denial of genocide as an extension of genocidal policies. Gregory Stanton, former President of the International Association of Genocide Scholars, emphasizes that “Denial is the final stage of genocide. It is a continuing attempt to destroy the victim group psychologically and culturally, to deny its members even the memory of the murders of their relatives. That is what the Turkish government today is doing to Armenians around the world.” Elie Wiesel, the famous Holocaust survivor and political activist, has repeatedly called Turkey’s 90-year-old campaign to cover up the Armenian genocide a double killing, since it strives to kill the memory of the original atrocities. The Armenian government should have assessed Turkish denialism in similar and even graver terms, but to this date it has failed to do so for no apparent reason.

In contemporary democratic Germany it is simply impossible to imagine a street or institution named in honor of any of the leaders of the Third Reich – indeed it is legally prohibited! Meanwhile, in “democratic” Turkey the leaders of CUP, i.e. the criminal organizers and perpetrators of the Armenian Genocide, are openly glorified. For example, a district in Istanbul, a few avenues and streets in different parts of Istanbul, boulevards in Ankara and Edirne, primary schools in Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir, and a high school in Konya are all named after Talat Pasha, Minister of the Interior and (in 1917-1918) Grand Vizier of the Ottoman Empire, who personally orchestrated the Armenian Genocide.

“Democratic” Turkey also actively uses the infamous Article 301 of its Criminal Code (“insulting Turkishness”, in 2008 changed to “insulting the Turkish nation”). This law, among other things, makes the recognition of the Armenian Genocide a crime. About 50 trials have already been held based on this article.

2. Totalitarianism. Up to the late 1940s Turkey was a one-party state. However, even today “democratic” Turkey periodically imposes a ban on one political party or another (even those elected to parliament), while its leaders are thrown in jail on trumped-up political charges. The last of a series of such cases occurred in December 2009, when the Turkish Constitutional Court banned the pro-Kurdish Democratic Society Party (DTP), which had 21 MPs. All the property of DTP was confiscated by the state. This even prompted the European Union, which by and large turns a blind eye to the racist repressions against 20 million Kurds in Turkey, to remind Ankara that “the dissolution of political parties is an exceptional measure that should be used with utmost restraint.”

Turkey’s state propaganda, all-inclusive revision and falsification of the Ottoman and modern Turkish history through carefully controlled scholarship, school curricula, and legally enforced taboos, including severe restraints on free access to information and freedom of expression, resulted in effective brainwashing of its own population.

3. Statism (etatism). The Turkish Constitution of 1937 strengthened the regulatory role of the state not only in the economy, but also in ideology.

4. Anti-communism. Ataturk, despite his friendship with the Soviet Union, was a staunch anti-communist. The Communist Party of Turkey has been banned since 1923 and remained illegal throughout its whole history, having been routinely subjected to most brutal state repressions.

5. Leaderism and the cult of personality. In Turkey, the cult of Ataturk is still in full bloom. Statues and monuments of Ataturk are installed in every city, his portraits are hung in all government and administrative institutions, as well as in school classrooms, and his portraits are on banknotes and coins of all denominations. Criticism of his life activities and biography are criminalized and carrying Ataturk as one’s last name is banned.

6. Militarism and aggression. Turkey is one of the most militarized countries on earth, with the eighth-largest army in the world and second only to the United States in NATO. The decisive sway of the Turkish military on domestic politics is well known: one only needs to recall the three coups d’état carried out by the Turkish army in 1960, 1971 and 1980, as well as the harsh ousting of Islamist Prime Minister N. Erbakan from power in 1997 (incidentally, his ruling “Welfare Party” was also banned).

The Republic of Turkey has repeatedly resorted to military force or threat of force against neighboring countries, such as Syria, Cyprus, Iraq, Greece, and Armenia. The Northern part of Cyprus, Syria’s district of Alexandretta, and the western part of Armenia still remain occupied. The Turkish army also regularly invades Northern Iraq.

In 1920, the first Republic of Armenia fell under the blows of Kemalists. Indeed, the direct order that Karabekir-Pasha received from Mustafa Kemal literally specified “to destroy Armenia morally and physically.” Immediately after the collapse of the Soviet Union, Turkey’s policy towards the “third” Republic of Armenia became explicitly aggressive in nature once again, including an ongoing land-blockade, refusal to establish diplomatic relations, enduring Armenian Genocide denial, support and assistance to Azerbaijan in its preparations for a new military venture against Armenia, etc.

The emergence and subsequent superstructural metamorphosis of fascism in Turkey was not adequately evaluated by Soviet/Russian or Western historiographies and neither was it reflected in international legal and political documents. However, this should not lead anyone astray. Generally, Turkophilia in political and academic circles in both the West and USSR/Russia, is a quite multi-faceted phenomenon and a separate topic for discussion. Here an incomplete explanation will suffice: the USSR was simply unable to call Ataturk a fascist, because “the leader of the world proletariat” Vladimir Lenin and Ataturk signed the infamous Moscow Treaty of “Friendship and Brotherhood” on March 16, 1921 (incidentally, exactly 90 years ago). Meanwhile, the West avoided such an unfavorable evaluation, because Turkey has historically been considered – and actually was – a barrier against Russia/Soviet Union, and a key strategic ally. Turkey’s alliance with the West was legally formalized by its accession to NATO in 1952.

If the international community (alias “the great powers”) does not adequately characterize the fascist essence of the modern Turkish state, this is simply because it has not been interested in such an exposé. But independent Armenia, by failing to officially identify and denounce the fascist nature of Turkish state, not only refuses to clearly see and understand the true ideology, strategic goals and calculations of its age-old archenemy, but also deprives itself of the chance to present properly its own dire geostrategic situation to the world. After all, Armenia’s present security predicaments are a direct result of crimes by Turkish fascism!

Attempts to rehabilitate Turkey without having it incur its due responsibility – in particular, without the territorial restitutions and other compensations to Armenia – can lead to new and repeated genocides. This is the main conclusion that the international community has yet to draw.

UN anti-racism panel finds Iran discriminating against Kurds, Arabs, other ethnic minorities 28.8.2010

GENEVA, — A United Nations panel says Arabs, Kurds and other minorities in Iran face discrimination because of their ethnicity.

The U.N. Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination says minorities in the Islamic republic don’t enjoy the same rights to free expression, health and housing as other ethnic groups.

The panel published a report Friday urging Iran to end all forms of discrimination and provide clearer information for future reports.

The Geneva-based panel also rejected Iran’s claims that discrimination against women and religious minorities such as the Baha’i isn’t covered by the U.N.’s 1969 anti-racism convention.
UN anti-racism panel finds Iran discriminating against Kurds, Arabs, other ethnic minorities.
— UN racism body decries Iran’s treatment of ethnic minorities

Iran should do more to protect its ethnic minorities such as Arabs, Kurds and Baluch, a United Nations human rights body said on Friday.

The Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination (CERD), a group of 18 independent rights experts, said Iran lacked data on the numbers of ethnic minorities despite a census in 2007, but the participation of such people in public life appeared to be lower than could be expected.

Several armed groups opposed to the government are active in Iran, mostly made up of ethnic Kurds in the northwest, Baluch in the southeast and Arabs in the southwest.

“The Committee expresses concern at the limited enjoyment of political, economic, social and cultural rights by… Arab, Azeri, Balochi, Kurdish communities and some communities of non-citizens,” it said in a report on a regular review of Iran’s compliance with a 1969 international treaty banning racism.

It also urged Iran to continue its efforts to empower women and promote their rights, paying particular attention to women belonging to ethnic minorities.

Some tenets of Islamic sharia law disadvantage Iranian women, Indian committee member Dilip Lahiri said. “On the other hand, in terms of their education and access to jobs, very remarkable progress has been made in Iran,” he told a briefing.

The committee voiced concern at reports of a selection procedure for state officials and employees, known as gozinesh, requiring them to demonstrate allegiance to the Islamic Republic of Iran and the state religion, which could limit opportunities for ethnic and religious minorities.

It said that lack of complaints was not proof of the absence of racial discrimination, as victims may not have confidence in the police or judicial authorities to handle them.

It called on Iran to set up an independent national human rights institution and report back to it at the start of 2013 on how it was dealing with the concerns and recommendations.

Iran and the challenge of diversity: Islamic fundamentalism, Aryanist racism, and democratic struggles
Alireza Asgharzadeh, Palgrave Connect (Online service)
Palgrave Macmillan, 2007 – 249 pages
This book interrogates the racist construction of Arya/Aria and Aryanism in an Iranian context, arguing that a racialized interpretation of these concepts has given the Indo-European speaking Persian ethnic group an advantage over Iran?s non-Persian nationalities and communities. Based on multidisciplinary research drawing on history, sociology, literature, politics, anthropology and cultural studies, Alireza Asgharzadeh critiques the privileged place of Farsi and the Persian ethnic group in contemporary Iran. The book highlights difference and diversity as major socio-political issues that will determine the future course of social, cultural, and political developments in Iran. Pointing to the increasing inadequacy of Islamic fundamentalism in functioning as a grand narrative, Asgharzadeh explores the racist approach of the current Islamic government to issues of difference and diversity in the country, and shows how these issues are challenging the very existence of the Islamic regime in Iran.

And the bogus pro- Palestinian politics of the reigning regime degenerates into an anti-Jewish language. Iranian racism is particularly evident in Tehran, where similar racist negativity is directed at provincial Iranians— the Isfahanis, the Rashtis, the Azaris, the Kurds, the Lors, the Baluchis, the Arabs, or what the Tehranis in moments of unsurpassed whitewashed racism call dehatis, a nasty derogatory term meaning “the peasants.” The roots of this Tehrani-based racism is deeply buried in the whitewashed, Eurocentric Iranian bourgeoisie, who grotesquely identify with Europe, dye their hair blond, provincial Iranians.

Netherlands Institute of Human Rights – CERD Concluding Observations: IRAN ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF – 20 Feb 2011 … The Committee recommends that the State party undertake the necessary measures to harmonize its domestic legislation with the Convention. It also recommends that the State party take further steps for public dissemination of the provisions of the Convention and the possibilities for its invocation to combat racial discrimination, including in minority languages, and that it provide its Government officials with education and training in this area.

8. The Committee notes the information furnished by the State party on the definition of racial discrimination in article 19 of the Iranian Constitution and reiterates its concern that this definition does not explicitly cover the forms of racial and ethnic discrimination prohibited under the Convention. (art. 1)

The Committee again urges the State party to consider reviewing the definition of racial discrimination contained in its Constitution and domestic law in order to bring it into full conformity with article 1, paragraph 1, of the Convention.

9. While commending the efforts undertaken by the State party to empower women, the Committee is concerned that women of minority origin may be at risk of facing double discrimination. (art. 2)
The Committee draws the State party’s attention to its general recommendation No. 25 (2000) on gender-related dimensions of racial discrimination and recommends that the State party continue its efforts to empower women and promote their rights, paying particular attention to women belonging to minorities.

10. The Committee notes the information furnished by the State party on the 1985 Press Act. The Committee also notes the efforts undertaken by the State party to combat racist discourse in the media by applying sanctions to newspapers whose publications have included racist discourse. However, the Committee is concerned at continued reports of racial discrimination, inter alia, directed against Azeri communities in the media, including stereotyped and demeaning portrayals of those peoples and communities. The Committee is also concerned at the reports of racial discrimination in everyday life and statements of racial discrimination and incitement to hatred by government officials. (art. 4)

The Committee recommends that the State party take appropriate steps to combat manifestations in the media, as well as in everyday life, of racial prejudice that could lead to racial discrimination. The Committee also recommends that, in the area of information, the State party promote understanding, tolerance and friendship among the various racial and ethnic groups in the State party, especially on the part of public officials, and including through the adoption of a media code of ethics that would commit the media to showing respect for the identity and culture of all communities in the State party, taking into account the possible intersection of racial and religious discrimination. It reiterates its previous request that the State party submit information in its next periodic report on the application of this law to combat racial discrimination…

Azeri Turks, comprising around a third of the Iranian population and also subject to racism in Iran, have also backed the campaign to halt the execution of Ahwazis. The Azerbaijani Youth Association is lobbying the European Parliament and European governments to take action. A representative wrote to the British Ahwazi Friendship Society (BAFS), saying: “It is with great concern that I have heard about Ahwazis in Iran facing execution. When it comes to life we make no difference on if they are Arabs or Turks. We must show solidarity with each other and together fight against these fascists.”

Ellison’s “tears” – Islamization watch – What’s Taqiyya?

Rep. Ellison Weeps During Radical Islam Hearing – Mar 10, 2011

Peter King and Keith Ellison: Hypocrisy and fake tears on Capitol Hill.

[SATIRE]

(March 9)

CAIR: (Frantic) (voice breaking…) This is our test… this is it, We can’t fail, we have to demonize Rep. King..

ELLISON: of course, it’s like a Muslim Fatwa.

CAIR: So listen, as you know we are a very powerful Islamic lobby, [we appear as “moderates,”  and we know how to (ab)use it.

ELLISON: Sure.

CAIR: And we have experience with the American mentality.

The plan is with the YouTube era, we have been thinking…

ELLISON: What?

CAIR: Putting up a show? “Taqiyya” (deceiving the infidel)

ELLISON: Like?

CAIR: Something along the line of ‘We are victims…‘ – style.

ELLISON: Ah ha, thank you Brother. We’ll be working on it, what should be embedded in it, I mean, what case should I use as a banner of ‘Muslim hero‘ to beautify all of us and distract America from the real danger coming from so many Muslims?

CAIR: Funny that you mention it, we have been pushing to rewrite 911 attack… so we have that “story” of a mother who won the FBI and “convinced” them that her som died… trying to save others.

ELLISON: That’s a bombshell. Muhammad loves you.

CAIR:  If you need advice  in gaming the infidels, we learned how to joggle in between sending hidden messages of glorifying jihadists or at least excusing terrorists. and acting as if we “denounce “radical Islam. I hope you get it, it takes practice.

(March 10)

L. FARRAKHAN Nation of Islam:
Hey there brother Asalamu Alaikum. Wow! What a show, it sends a shiver in the spine of every “white” and “blue eyed devil.” Peace, peace upon you, Islam is peace…

ELLISON: It worked, didn’t it? haha (long laugh)

FARRAKHAN: Whitey Americans (are so weak) always fall for tears, honest or faked. haha. Allah Akbar, We’ll Conquer America!’

(Pause)

FARRAKHAN (calls back): It’s me, huh, “honorable” minister Farrakhan again, hmm, just giving you a “brotherly” reminder of my true Islamic teaching when you were here in 1995, like the out-pouring love for humanity and “tolerance” for Asians, Jews and all white men… rewriting history of the enormous Arab-Islamic slave trade, supporting Arab racist genocide and slavery by tyrant Al-Bashir in Sudan, glorifying Hitler. You see, it boggles my mind why anyone would call the Nation of Islam the ‘Islamofacsism.’ I have no clue.

(Ellison still laughing).
